Because our work must go beyond the prevention and fight against crime, we are ourselves the promoters of a true culture of peace in the State. I want you to know that in our government, we greatly appreciate your work and we feel great gratitude to all good police officers. They are the ones who work with the most ethics and do everything possible to bring safety to all families,” she said.

The governor explained that in coordination with the Baja California State Congress, a budget of 250 million pesos has been allocated to social security in order to enhance the work carried out by the police, an unprecedented initiative in the world. history of the state. This, together with the agreements already signed, fulfills a commitment it had made.

“Our policies take care of the people, but you are also the ones who are part of the people. You are the people in uniform, as the President of Mexico says, and we have a commitment to each of you and your families. This agreement is an acknowledgment of your bravery and your integrity and a way of telling you publicly how important you are to this government and how much we appreciate the work you do to keep our families safe.” she pointed out.

For his part, Monreal Noriega said the document shows proof of Marina del Pilar’s support for all police officers in Baja California, especially the approximately 10,000 cops who are part of the Police Federation.
